On-site operator training remains available at the usual rate. Saflec Time training remains part of installation services and is unchanged.

Who Is It For?
The certified training is intended for installers who need to understand, install, configure and support Saflec Systems access control solutions.
Computer Literacy
Please ensure attendees of the software module are reasonably computer literate before attending the training.
Pass Requirement
Attendees are required to achieve a minimum 70% pass mark to successfully complete the certified training.
Training Dates & Schedule
Plan your training around Saflec Systems' standard schedule.
Tuesday & Wednesday
Standard certified installer training takes place over two consecutive days, Tuesday and Wednesday, from 08:30 to 16:00.
Schedule Changes
Training dates may change if a public holiday falls during the training week or if the trainer is unavailable.
Please confirm your training dates with Saflec Systems before making travel or accommodation arrangements.
Booking & Payment
Make sure your certified training booking is confirmed in advance.
One Week Advance Requirement
Certified installer training must be booked and paid for at least one week before the scheduled training date.
- Training bookings must be confirmed at least one week in advance.
- Full payment must be received at least one week before the scheduled training date.
- Training dates are subject to confirmation and trainer availability.
- If a public holiday affects the Tuesday/Wednesday schedule, an alternative date will be confirmed.
